This document serves as the Resettlement and Process Framework (RPF) to be used under the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Eastern Caribbean (UBEEC) program. The RPF has been developed in accordance with national legislation and criteria outlined in the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) Environmental and Social Standard 5 (ESS5) - Land Acquisition, Restrictions on Land Use and Involuntary Settlement .
