TO: ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS

Department of Finance of Saint Lucia ("the Procuring Entity") requests your tender for the supply of Stationery and Office Supplies, Office Furniture and Equipment, Desktop Computers and Laptops ("the Goods").

Your tender shall be submitted by the deadline of November 18, 2026 in accordance with the instructions stated in the Tendering Documents and the attached form of Public Procurement Contract Agreement.

The goods shall be delivered against the following delivery terms: DAP (Delivered at Place) Government Warehouse, Massade, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.

Any Public Procurement Contract resulting from this tender shall be subject to Section Vlll. General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Goods and Section IX. Special Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Goods, attached.

All tenders shall require a validity period of (90 days) from the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with instructions stated in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT) Sub-Clause 13.1.

All communications with the Procuring Entity about this tender must be made in writing in accordance with the instructions stated in ITT Sub-Clause 7.1.

We request your confirmation of receipt of the tendering documents and that you inform us by November 02, 2026 whether you intend to submit a tender in response to the tendering documents
