Installation Services

The goods are to be delivered to the Department of the Public Service Modernization, ICT Centre

Bourbon Street Castries, Saint Lucia within 12 weeks from the date of signing of contract.  Installation should be completed within 4 weeks from delivery of the goods.

 

  1. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018, September 2020 and September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit, Department of Public Service and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 hours (9:00 a.m.) to 1600 hours (4:00p.m.) at the address given below *. The Request for Quotation will be available on the Government of Saint Lucia Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System – Suppliers Portal- https://in-tendhost.co.uk/goslprocurement.
  3. Quotations must be sent to the Government of Saint Lucia Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System – Suppliers Portal- https://in-tendhost.co.uk/goslprocurement on or before February 19, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Quotations will be rejected. The Purchaser will facilitate a site visit on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 10.00 a.m. for the purposes of identification of the site.
