Summary Scope of the Contract
The expected result of this consultancy is a detailed policy and its corresponding
roadmap for the GoSL to address the gaps in supply and demand for broadband
services, and to put in place the necessary environment, partnership, and institutional
capacity to develop state of the art broadband infrastructure and incentivize the use
of high-speed broadband services by the population.
