Finance Administrative Centre Conference Facility Rates

PUBLIC NOTICE


The Department of Finance informs of increased rates for use of the Conference Facility at the Finance Administrative Centre as follows:

 

1/4 Room Basic Rate - $350.00
With video conferencing - $550.00

 1/2 Room Basic Rate - $550.00
With video conferencing - $750.00
3/4 Room Basic Rate - $750.00
With video conferencing - $950.00
 Full Space (80 x 40sq ft.) Basic rate - $1,000
With video conferencing - $1,200.00

The rate increase is necessary given the additional services that have been and will be instituted geared towards improved quality of service, including high speed internet, video conferencing and enhanced emergency /safety measures.


Also, by way of ensuring that patrons are provided with maximum security, there will be a separate charge of $60 for events consisting of 100 persons and over. This fee is for the presence of a security officer on the 5th Floor.
New Rates will be effective September 1, 2019.
